I Paid £7,000 bill to fix my black teeth just months before my wedding - Bride to be.

Faye Walters, 29, from Buckingham, thought a new set of veneers would boost her confidence, and went to her local, trusted dentist to have them replaced. Initially she was happy with the result, until one day she was biting into a bagel when her teeth shattered, showing black and grey cracked teeth underneath (pictured inset). She discovered the botched veneers had left her teeth and gums badly damaged, months before her

wedding to fiance Matthew, 35 (pictured right). She found another reputable dentist online and paid £7,000 for corrective treatment, which took five months. Luckily, the work was finished in time for her wedding, so she had a perfect smile in the photos. After taking legal action against her dentist, she received £10,000 compensation to pay for the new veneers and make up for the stress of the ordeal. Now, she is calling for cosmetic procedures to be better regulated.
