Samuel Eto'o has scored three goals in 14 league appearances for Everton this season
The Everton striker was in Rome on Saturday for the tests at the Villa Stuart clinic, which is also where he had his medical ahead of a move to Inter.
It
was even suggested the venue was chosen because the clinic still had
his paperwork and it would therefore speed up the process.
“Successful Medical. Thank you Dr Parfait Ondo. Ready for a new Challenge!!!” wrote Eto’o on Twitter.
The
Cameroon legend will be at Marassi this afternoon and presented to the
fans ahead of the Serie A match between Sampdoria and Palermo.
Everton
have still released no statement on Eto’o, but he’s believed to be
joining on a free transfer save for performance-related bonuses over the
next 30 months of his contract.
