Another Twitter User Says She Was Asked To Pay Money To Register For Her National ID Card

First some people claimed they were made to pay money yesterday in Imo State before they could collect their permanent voters card. Today a lady is saying she was asked to pay N300 to register for her National ID Card. Shouldn’t it be for free?
