Lady GAG-a: Singer stops ex-boyfriend revealing details of her pre-fame past with gagging clause

Musician Lady Gaga is reportedly not very happy with her ex - so has gagged him with a court order
The judge in that case ordered him to file particular documents, but Fusari filed a separate motion asking them to be kept private to avoid him paying Gaga 'heavy monetary penalties'.
The move comes after the pair settled a $30 million lawsuit in 2010 which included a strict gagging clause. According to court documents, they ' specifically bargained for a strict non-disparagement clause.
'If made public, [the new documents] may constitute a breach thereof.'

A judge has yet to rule on whether the information will be sealed.

Fusari and Starland have been thrashing it out in court since 2010 when Starland sued Fusari for breach of contract.

Starland claimed that Fusari asked her to go out and find him a 'unique female singer, under the age of 25, who could be the female equivalent of the lead singer of the band The Strokes.'

She said Fusari promised that 'if she could find and introduce him to such a singer, they would work together to develop the singer and share equally in any revenues earned as a result,' Forbes reported back in 2010.

The agreement was reportedly oral and never put in writing, but Starland claims she saw out her end of the deal when she introduced Gaga to Fusari after spotting her at The Cutting Room in NYC.

But Starland allegedly says she was later cut out of the deal when a major record label signed Gaga after she had made the introduction.
The singer was first signed by Island Def Jam, with her first solo release slated for May 2007, although she was dropped by the label 'inexplicable' three months later, according to MTV News.
Gaga signed with Interscope that same month after the deal fell through and Fasari was allegedly pushed out of the picture. The singer released her first album, The Fame, in 2008.
The case continues.
