Femi Segun, a polyglot, former diplomat, compere, television
presenter and a church deacon, born in May 1958, who died on March 21, 2014 a
week after he had an accident on his power bike has been buried. He was buried at the Vaults and Garden, Ikoyi
yesterday after a service of songs was held for him at House on the Rock
Church, Lekki, presided by the church’s general Overseer, Pastor Paul
Adefarasin.
On the front row were his children Rolari, 25 (Yeni Kuti’s daughter) and Fikemi, 14 (born by
a Lagos based Judge) in lilac iro and buba. His wife, Bisi (a judge) and his
former wife, Yeni Kuti .
His former school mates from Igbobi College Lagos and
Obafemi Awolowo University, were also there to pay him their last respect. Mr
Femi Segun would have been 56 in May.
