Woman with twisted spine and lopsided legs can finally look in the mirror after radical back operation... and a boob job

Liberty                         Liberty Caton was diagnosed with scoliosis as a teenager. The condition meant the 23-year-old from Slough in Berkshire, had a severely twisted spine and one leg was longer than the other (left and centre before surgery). Doctors told the teenager she would have to wait for surgery to transform her appearance, because they had to ensure she was fully grown before inserting iron rods into her spine. In July 2009 Miss Caton had the life-changing operation and recently completed her transformation (right) with a boob job, boosting her chest from a 30B to 30FF. She said: 'I waited a long time and went through a lot to get here but I love my appearance now. I spent my teenage years hidden away so I'm making up for lost time.'
