Woman who was once told she was 'so fat she wouldn't make 40' celebrates the milestone birthday after losing 14 STONE and wearing a bikini for the very first time

                                              Linda McKnight, 39, from Greenock, can wear a two-piece for the first time in her life (right) following surgery to remove six pounds of excess skin hanging from her stomach. Aged just 32 and weighing 24st 7 lb (left), Linda was warned she would not live to see her 40th birthday unless she lost weight. She underwent the NHS funded operation earlier this year after losing over 14st and dropping from a size 32 to a size 12.
