The moment a man holds knife to his throat during rush hour at Victoria Station bringing chaos for tens of thousands of commuters

Victoria station horror                      London's Victoria station - one of Britain's busiest terminals - was brought to a halt by the man. In shocking pictures, the unidentified man - who is in his thirties - can be seen holding a large knife to his throat (left) at the central London station at around 6pm. Images show officers surrounding him, apparently trying to calm him down (top right,) as he stands inside the Caffee Ritazza restaurant. Meanwhile, officers rushed to cordon off a large section of the busy over ground station (bottom right). British Transport police arrested the man and he remains in custody. A spokesman said: 'A man in his 30s was arrested and remains in custody following an incident on the concourse of Victoria Station. No one was injured in the incident shortly before 6pm.'
