Big boy Richard Nnadi who is a friend to lots of Nigerian entertainers and a very good friend of Peter Okoye has showed off his 6 packs. If you knew Richard before now, you will know he was on the big side, but all that is gone now, as Richard now flaunts his abs. Richard says it took him three months to achieve all of these.
