Mob rule descends on Kiev as 'sniper' accused of slaughtering protesters is handed over to baying crowd, who viciously beat him.

Sniper                           Ukrainian protesters said they had taken control of the presidential administration building in central Kiev, as opposition leaders pressed for the resignation of President Viktor Yanukovich. As Ukrainian protesters said they had taken control of government offices, angry civilians kicked and shouted at members of the government, and could be seen tussling with an alleged sniper. Protesters in the Ukrainian capital claimed full control of the city today following the signing of a Western-brokered peace deal aimed at ending the nation's three-month political crisis.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     posted by Emanto Ngaloru  Feb 22, 2014.
