OFFICIAL - Wenger hails the arrival of Arsenal's new £17m striker Perez

Arsenal have completed the signing of Spanish striker Lucas Perez from Deportivo La Coruna. Perez emerged as Arsenal's No 1 attacking target in the closing stages of the transfer window and has now joined the Gunners in a deal worth £17million.
