The first lady tweeted a photograph (left) on Thursday afternoon showing her with President Obama in their younger years, with the message: 'Merry Christmas!' In another image, released by White House photographer Pete Souza, President Obama wears a festive, jewel-encrusted tiara with Girl Scouts from a
Tulsa, Oklahoma troop. The image was taken at the annual White House Science Fair in May but was shared by Souza on Christmas Eve. Also on Christmas Eve, the White House also shared a photograph of Michelle Obama (center) speaking to children on the phone for the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and its super-popular Santa tracking program.
