                                                    It's a dirty job but someone's got to do it. And clearly Cristiano Ronaldo enjoys all the perks of being a world class sporting hero as he received some hands on treatment from a team of masseurs.

Surprisingly the multimillion pound player was tended to by an all male team. Perhaps model girlfriend Irina Shayk has it written into his contract.

The Real Madrid player looked supremely relaxed as he posed for a snap while being rubbed down by the five man team with expert precision.

Ronaldo, who has been in Dubai speaking at the Dubai International Sports Conference, took to Twitter to post an image of his luxurious massage with the message: 'Getting ready for next year with the last massage.'

However it was more business than pleasure as the striker's fit squad were keen to prep him for the latest instalment of his rivalry with Zlatan Ibrahimovic.                                                                                                 

The Swede trained with his Paris Saint-Germain team-mates ahead of the game with Real Madrid in a glamour friendly at the Khalifa Stadium in Doha, Qatar on Thursday.

Ronaldo, also shared images of himself with girlfriend Irina Shayk and his son at an aquarium in Dubai.

The two European giants are both finishing their winter breaks there, where PSG have already been working for Thursday's match up.

Real returned to training from their winter break on Sunday, but did so without Gareth Bale who has yet to recover from a calf injury picked up in training on December 17.
