Seamus Coleman suffered a horrific leg break in a high tackle from Neil Taylor and Martin O'Neill believes Gareth Bale could have been sent off too. Taylor was dismissed for the incident which left Coleman leaving the field on a stretcher and the right back is almost certainly ruled out of the rest of Republic of Ireland's World Cup qualifying campaign.
