Couple Inflicts Severe Wounds On Toddler

A couple in Cross River State are now a guest at a Police station in the State for inflicting several wounds on their young child. Alvan and Ugonwa Orji were reported by their neighbours to the Principal Counsel of Basic Rights Council Initiative (BRCI), who alerted the police.

The couple confessed they use electric cable on him, tie him to a chair while they contantly beat and yell at him. Surprising his father said they do not so that the rest of 'Ogbanje' (Marine) children in heaven won’t dare come to Nigeria.
