Cameron Diaz has never been shy of sharing intimate information, she famously told Vogue UK her secret to looking younger for longer was ‘lots of sex’, but the Charlie’s Angels star has taken it a step further in her new book.
The 41-year-old has dedicated a whole chapter in her health-related book, called The Body Book, to her personal preference for female grooming.
In the chapter called In Praise of Pubes, the star give advice such as steer clear of laser hair removal, don’t follow the trends and ‘consider leaving your vagina fully dressed.’
RadarOnline have reported some of the actress’s pearls of wisdom from the chapter in which she discusses trends, tips and her personal preference.
She said: ‘It’s a personal decision, but I’m just putting it out there: Consider leaving your vagina fully dressed, ladies. Twenty years from now, you will still want to be presenting it to someone special, and it would be nice to let him or her unwrap it like the gift that it is.
‘Personally, I think permanent laser hair removal sounds like a crazy idea. Forever? I know you may think you’ll be wearing the same style of shoes forever and the same style of jeans forever, but you won’t.'
She added: ‘The idea that vaginas are preferable in a hairless state is a pretty recent phenomenon, and all fads change, people.’
But if that didn’t fill you in enough about the 41-year-old’s personal preference for female intimate grooming, the next section will.
The said further explained: ‘Pubic hair also serves as a pretty draping that makes it a little mysterious to the one who might be courting your sexiness.
‘Pubes keep the goods private, which can entice a lover to come and take a closer look at what you have to offer.’
And akin to Sharon Osbourne’s toe-curling confession about her vaginal rejuvenation, which turned out to be a complete lie, Cameron just doesn’t know when to stop.
The star added at the end of her passage a little message for her younger readers, saying: ‘Also, let’s be honest: just like every other part of your body, your labia major is not immune to gravity. Do you really want a hairless vagina for the rest of your life?’
Taking to Twitter in praise of her new book, Cameron said: 'Thank you to everyone who got@TheBodyBook today!!Thank you from the bottom if my heart and with every cell in my body! #LoveYourAmazingBody'
