Former vice president of World Bank, Oby Ezekwesili, yesterday lamented decades of failed leadership in the country, describing it as antithetical to national economic development.
She said the annals of Nigerian history had been blurred by a repeated cycle of failure that had left the country in a cheerless quagmire.
