Kim Jong-un says North Korea will suspend ALL missile tests and shut down its nuclear test site ahead of landmark talks with Trump as President hails move as 'big progress'

Kim Jong Un's (left) decision was made in a meeting of North Korea's ruling party's full Central Committee which had convened on Friday to discuss a 'new stage' of policies. President Trump (right) heralded Friday's announcement, tweeting (inset): 'North Korea has agreed to suspend all Nuclear Tests and close up a major test site.
