Just seven hours after giving birth to her third child, Kate Middleton appeared (in heels!) on the steps of the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital on Monday evening with Prince William by her side to introduce their new baby boy to the world.

The royal baby was wrapped in a white shawl (from royal favorite brand GH Hurt and Son Ltd) in his mother’s arms as he was presented to the enthusiastic crowds of well-wishers who gathered outside the hospital, anxiously awaiting a peek at the newborn prince.

Kate looked stunning in a red dress with a white collar (almost identical to the dress Princess Diana wore after giving birth to Prince Harry) by Jenny Packham. She paired the look with nude suede heels.

Teddy Bear Suffocates Baby In Her Sleep After It Was Placed Near Her By Mom

A young mother has revealed the moment she discovered her baby daughter had been suffocated in her sleep by a stuffed toy at the side of her bed.

Dexy Leigh Walsh found 18-month-old Connie Rose’s body in her bed with the giant teddy on top of her. Despite desperate efforts to revive her, the baby was pronounced dead by paramedics after they arrived at the home in Dundee.

The 23-year-old mum says she had stuffed a narrow gap between Connie Rose’s bed and the wall with soft toys to stop her falling through.

But when she went to check on her, she found her underneath the 3ft-tall teddy and not breathing.

Monica Osetobe Osagie, who was named earlier today by the Obafemi Awolowo University, as the  the female voice in the viral Sex-For-Mark tape has denied being invited by the Committee set up by the Obafemi Awolowo University.

In a telephone conversation with an online medium, Osetobe, said she was never contacted by the school officials. According to her, “The management didn’t contact me. If they did, i would have honoured them”.

Recall the Obafemi Awolowo University had on Thursday morning, released statement claiming, the female voice owner of the Sex-For-Mark conversation has been identified, as Monica Osetobe, who was contacted, but failed to show up.

Christian Group Who Supported Buhari In 2015, Make U-Turn, Begin 30-Day Prayers To Stop Him In 2019

A group of Christian Leaders under the auspices of United Christian Leaders Eagle Eyes Forum (UCLEEF), has declared a 30 day prayer and fasting to stop President Muhammadu Buhari from winning the 2019 Presidential election and sending him into what they described as forceful retirement.

The Christian group who presented a copy of the Holy Bible to President Buhari during the count down to the 2015 Presidential election asked Nigerians irrespective of religious, ethnic and political inclinations to “awake and save our dear nation” as it is the citizenry that have the power, right and choice to make the country great again.

45 Police Officers Who Arrested Billionaire Kidnapper Evans Get Special Promotion

The Police Service Commission (PSC) said on Thursday that 45 officers who participated in the successful arrest of notorious kidnap kingpin, Evans, have been granted special promotion.

A statement by Ikechukwu Ani, a spokesperson for the PSC, said the promotions were ratified today at a plenary presided over by Mike Okiro, chairman of the commission. Thirteen of the officers were promoted in acting capacity because they weren’t eligible for substantive promotion, the PSC said.

The promotions come a year after Evans was arrested in Lagos alongside over 20 suspected members of his gang. The police have been widely hailed for the operation, which has been described as one of their highest points in recent years.

South African Policeman Shoots Nigerian Man Dead

The Nigerian community in South Africa has reported the extra-judicial killing of a Nigerian man in that country.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the killing of Mr. ThankGod Okoro, 30, from Ogbaku in the Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State, is the latest in what has been described as recurring pre-meditated murders of young Nigerians in South Africa.

Records show that no fewer than 117 Nigerians have been killed in South Africa since February 2016.

The Publicity Secretary of the Nigeria Union in South Africa, Mr. Habib Miller, who is based in Pretoria, confirmed the killing of Okoro in a telephone interview with NAN in Port Harcourt on Friday

Nigeria’s Amusan Wins Gold In 100m Hurdles

Oluwatobiloba Amusan won Commonwealth gold in the women’s 100m Hurdles. The 20-year old raced perfectly out of the blocks to cross the line in 12.68 seconds, a Season’s Best. Amusan becomes the first Nigerian to win a hurdles title.

Danielle Williams and Yanique Thompson won silver and bronze respectively for Jamaica. With Australian World Champion, Sally Pearson injured, Amusan was one of the favourites to win the race

Suwaibidu Galadima won gold in the men’s T47 100m event at Gold Coast on Friday morning.  The Para-athlete finished ahead of England’s James Arnott and Jamaica’s Tevaughn Thomas, completing the race in 11.04 seconds.

Offa Robbery: Police Reveal 12 Arrested Suspects, Recover Phones, Other Exhibits

The police have revealed the identities of 12 suspects who were arrested for alleged connection to the last Thursday’s robbery in Offa, Kwara State.

Armed robbers stormed the community the afternoon of April 5, killing 17 people and raiding five banks. Eight police officers at Owode Division, Offa, were also killed in the attack, and the robbers made away with police arms and ammunition.

The police arrested seven suspects within the first two days of the attack, and made more arrests on later dates.

Photos: Baby Born With Half Her Skull Missing Defies Odds To Survive

A baby girl was left fighting for her life after being born with half of her skull missing - but has amazed doctors by surviving.

Little Ah Neath was born in February in a remote village in eastern Cambodia with a severe crater in the front of her head. Part of her skull also jutted out at the back of her head.

Her mum Srey and dad Heang were forced to sell their family home to pay for their little girls medical care.

Doctors believe she has anencephaly - a condition that means a portion of her brain and skull are missing.

Man Who Gets Nailed To The Cross Every Easter Since 32 Years, Says He Feels No More Pains

A Philippine man, Ruben Enaje, who has been nailed to a cross every Easter for the past 32 years in a Good Friday re-enactment of Jesus Christ’s crucifixion says he no longer feels any pain from his wounds.

Enaje, 58, again portrayed Christ on Friday in the traditional religious rite in Cutud village, about 76 km (47 miles) from the capital Manila.

“In the past, I went home injured and limping, but this year I feel so great,” Enaje said after the ritual held under a sweltering sun.

He said he believed his strong Catholic faith helped him avoid pain. “I feel like he is telling me ‘go ahead, keep it up’,” he said, referring to God. Such a beautiful thing!
