The Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, has said over 1.5 million
indigenes of the state had applied for admission to tertiary
institutions in 2016.
The governor, who was represented by his deputy, Eze Madumere, said this
while declaring open the second technical committee meeting of the
Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board at the Alvan Ikoku Federal
College of Education, Owerri, Imo State on Friday.
