Guardiola signs £15m-a-year deal at man city

Pep Guardiola (mocked up in our Man City poster, left) will finally become a Premier League manager as City finally announced Manuel Pellegrini's replacement. Already the best-paid manager in the world, Guardiola penned a three-year deal worth £15m a year - an increase on his current salary.
