LA ink: Miley Cyrus's brother Trace showed off his almost entirely tattoo-covered body in shirtless selfie on Thursday

It's a problem all tattoo fans eventually encounter: Trace Cyrus is officially out of canvas.
The 26-year-old posted a selfie on Instagram on Thursday, and despite it being a shirtless one, there was barely a trace of skin showing.
The Metro Station guitarist is covered from waist to neck and back down to his fingertips in ink, with a few creeping up onto the remaining frontier of his face.

'Fvck a shirt,' he captioned the shot. 'I don't need it.'
The rocker, who is the half brother of Miley Cyrus, is clearly a big fan of Christian iconography, with the Crucified Jesus and the Virgin Mary dominating his abdomen.
Although obviously not visible in this shot, his biggest tattoo is actually an advertisement for his own clothing line, with the words 'Southern Made Hollywood Paid' spanning his entire back.

Brazil Bans WhatsApp For 48 Hours

Brazil is in the midst of a WhatsApp blackout, after a court in the country ordered access to the messaging service blocked for 48 hours, starting at midnight on Thursday, local time. A judge in the city of Sao Paulo initiated the blockade on the service, telling Brazil's telecoms companies to stop the use of the country's most popular messaging app, but did not divulge the name of the company or individual responsible for the injunction.
Brazilian telecommunications companies have attempted to halt the stratospheric growth of WhatsApp in the country before, arguing to the government that the messaging app's free calling option is unregulated and illegal, and blaming the service for a marked decrease in people picking up cellphone contracts. Earlier this year, Amos Genish, president of Brazilian telecoms firm Vivo, called WhatsApp "pure piracy," specifying that the service used phone numbers that "belonged" to cellphone providers like his. Until now Brazilian companies have been unsuccessful in their quest to regulate WhatsApp, but today's shutdown may be the beginning of a change of approach from the country's government.

Ijaw Youths Condemn Re-Arrest Of Ex-NIMASA DG, Says Buhari Persecuting Political Enemies

Here’s the Press Statement from Ijaw Youth Council (IYC)
The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide condemn in the strongest terms the manhandling of the former Director General of NIMASA, Mr. Patrick Akpobulokemi by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) at the premises of the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos. The conduct of the security operatives is reminiscent of the military era and it is the height of impunity which must be condemned by all lovers of democracy.
The IYC states that Mr. Akpobulokemi having been granted bail on two occasions by courts of law, there is no basis why the EFCC resorted to force in re-arresting him. The conduct of the EFCC in physically beating up and throwing Akpobulokemi into their vehicle clearly shows that the Buhari led federal government is not fighting corruption but persecution of political enemies.

Her story after the cut.
