Neymar has been denied a Paris Saint-Germain debut this afternoon due to a paperwork error between the Spanish and French football authorities. PSG presented the world's most expensive footballer to the media on Friday afternoon after triggering the player's £200million release clause to lure him from Barcelona. Neymar made clear in front of the media that he was ready to play at the Parc des Princes against Amiens on the opening weekend of the French top-flight season.
