Melania Trump Spending Nights At A Posh D.C. Hotel Since Trump Was Accused Of Fling With Porn Star

Melania Trump has spent a number of nights at a posh D.C. hotel away from President Trump following allegations of a fling with porn star Stormy Daniels, White House sources told DailyMail.com.

The first lady opted for time away from her husband since news of a possible $130,000 payoff from the President's lawyer to Daniels to cover up an alleged tryst was first reported by The Wall Street Journal.

Then, last week, to add insult to injury, a celebrity magazine published a cringe-worthy 2011 interview with Daniels in which she talked about the alleged 2006 sexual encounter with the future president in a hotel room at a casino in Lake Tahoe, Nevada following a celebrity charity golf tournament.

No Crime In Having More Children - 9ice

Some weeks ago, rumour had it that popular singer, 9ice, was expecting his fifth child from another baby mama. When the news was circulated online, many online commentators began to call him ‘Father Abraham’, which simply connotes a man with many children.

In a WhatsApp chat with the singer, he denied the report but told Saturday Beats that there was no crime in having more children.

9ice said, “The reports are not true that I am expecting my fifth child from another woman. I have no idea where the report came from, but the truth is that in Nigeria, especially in Yorubaland, there is an adage that says that you don’t count a man’s children for him.

“To have more children is not a crime, but the sad thing is that people would believe what they want to believe. I am currently in the studio working on new songs and I am also promoting my new song, ‘Ebami’, but no one would write about that. All they know is to peddle false news about me.”

In the letter titled: The Way Out: A Clarion Call For Coalition For Nigeria Movement, Obasanjo said:

“The situation that made Nigerians to vote massively to get my brother Jonathan off the horse is playing itself out again. First, I thought I knew the point where President Buhari is weak and I spoke and wrote about it even before Nigerians voted for him and I also did vote for him because at that time it was a matter of “any option but Jonathan” (aobj). But my letter to President Jonathan titled:
“Before It Is Too Late” was meant for him to act before it was too late. He ignored it and it was too late for him and those who goaded him into ignoring the voice of caution.

Researchers Develop Computer Program That Can Predict When A Hospital Patient Will Die

The program uses artificial intelligence and was trained through analysis of 160,000 adult and child patient files from Stanford and Lucile Packard Children's hospital.

It looked at things in health records such as diagnosis, procedures performed and which medicine a patient was taking. When the algorithm was applied to 40,000 active patients (it was asked to predict which would die in the next three to twelve months) it was correct in 90% of cases.

UK Now Has A ‘Minister For Loneliness’

It sounds like a character from a dystopian novel, but Britain has created a “minister for loneliness” to tackle modern public health problems associated with social isolation.

The government said today it appointed Tracey Crouch after research showed as many as one in ten people felt lonely “always or often” and that hundreds of thousands of elderly people hadn’t spoken to a friend or relative in the past month.

Crouch will devise a national strategy to tackle isolation across all ages, and find ways of measuring alienation in official statistics.

"We know that there is a real impact of social isolation and loneliness on people, on their physical and mental well-being but also on other aspects in society and we want to tackle this challenge,” Crouch said.

Breast-Feeding Reduces Risk Of Diabetes In Women

Breast-feeding may reduce a woman’s risk for Type 2 diabetes, a new study says.

Researchers followed 1,238 women, average age 24 at the start, for up to 30 years. Each delivered at least one baby, and none had diabetes before the study began. The scientists collected data on health and lifestyle at interviews and physical examinations conducted seven times over the course of the project. The study is in JAMA Internal Medicine.

There were 182 cases of diabetes, and after adjusting for physical activity, smoking and other factors, the researchers found that breast-feeding for up to six months was associated with a reduced risk for diabetes of 25 percent; breast-feeding for six to 12 months was tied to a 48 percent reduced risk; and breast-feeding for 12 months or more with a 47 percent risk reduction.
