Kelly Rowland confirms she's engaged to her 'best friend,' longtime manager Tim Witherspoon.

                                                                         Kelly Rowland, 32, has confirmed she is engaged to her manager Tim Witherspoon.

The former Destiny's Child star - who was first rumoured to have gotten engaged late last month after flaunting a diamond engagement ring in a short video on Instagram - is set to walk down the aisle with her beau of four years.

The X Factor USA judge was in Bulgaria when Tim proposed to her via Skype, she recalled in an interview on The Queen Latifah Show, which will air Wednesday.

She gushed to her host: 'He put a ring on it!'

That ring - a diamond sparkler - also made an appearance on her hand as she exited the Jay Z concert at LA's Staples Center, which she attended with Tim, on December 9.

During the chat fest, Kelly even shared the details of the proposal.

'He asked me first on Skype and I was like, "We're so far away from each other,"' she said.

'But it was so late, I remember we were both just kinda like, honestly, just staring at each other ... and he asked me, and it was just that simple to say yes.'

                                       The beauty, who was previously engaged to NFL football player Roy Williams, feels she has finally found the right person.She said, 'I was like, "I got my best friend to ride through life with." He really is my best friend.'The Kisses Down Low singer is notoriously private about her love life and admitted she has kept her romance quiet for quite some time. She said, 'It's been a while.
